Finding quick healthy recipes for the whole family isn’t the easiest thing to do. More and more families are looking for resources to help feed their families without taking too much time because honestly there isn’t enough time in the day. Between work, housework, and taking care of the family there is little time left outside of all of that plus sleep.
I don’t have the busiest of families, but keeping up with work, housework, and blogging on three websites can take up a lot of time. In addition to that cooking for long periods of time takes a lot out of me because it is so much time on my feet. I always feel a huge difference in how much foot and back pain I have after cooking a long arduous meal. That is why I always try to search out those quick healthy recipes.

I know that I try to have greens in a minimum of one meal a day though I do attempt to have them in two meals a day because they have such high levels of vitamins and minerals that you should be getting in your diet.
