Free Sample of Nopalea: The Wellness Drink

June 28, 2013 by Ashley Leave a Comment

nopaleaI came across this awesome free sample of Nopalea that everyone can get. This stuff sounds pretty awesome to me. I have not gotten mine yet though I did submit for a free sample. This stuff is known as The Wellness Drink.  The reason that I want to try it is because it is known to reduce inflammation and with my neurological disorder I am always trying to find good wants t reduce inflammation since my nerves get inflamed so often.

nopaleaThis drink is made of a cactus fruit of the Sonoran Desert.  Its fruit had been helping the indigenous people for many years and now its being shared with everyone else.  The bottles themselves are a little on the pricey side, but this is not like water where you drink a full cup at a time. You only need to drink a few ounces a day to help aid your health naturally.

I want to show you just how little they suggest you drink.  They say for the first 30 days to drink 3-6 ounces and for maintenance after that to drink 1-3 ounces daily.  So, if you buy a 32 ounce bottle it should last you between 5-10 days the first month and after that it could last you a whole month which in the grand scheme of things really isn’t much month every month.  I know that comes out cheaper than many of he anti-inflammatory products that I have been prescribed before.

The Key Benefits of an Office Coffee Habit

We’re a nation hooked on coffee. No matter whether we are relaxing at a coffee house with friends, grabbing a thermos on our way to work or taking pleasure in our preferred home brew – coffee has come to take an important place in our lives.

When it comes to drinking coffee, there is no better time than when we’re at work. Actually, for a lot of people the mere thought of having to start work without their favorite drink can feel near impossible. We drink coffee around the coffee pot with colleagues, at our desks, on the commute to work. Coffee has developed into a permanent fixture in virtually every workplace. From the communal coffee pot to convenient coffee vendor (see – vending Ingredients -premium coffee and cappuccino toppings), the workplace has developed into a hub of caffeine induced activity.

So how is our coffee habit impacting our overall health?

Well, the most obvious benefit of drinking coffee is that it supplies a all-important source of energy. In the hectic and fast-paced surroundings of an office environment, energy is a must, which is why coffee has become the crutch on which a lot of employees depend.

Whilst so many people are aware of the energy advantages of drinking coffee, very few people know of the impact coffee can have on your health. Whilst drinking a lot of sugary, milk laden coffees throughout the day will have a negative impact on your health, there seems to be more positive research on the effects of coffee than there are negative.

From lowering the risk of Alzheimer’s disease to lowering cholesterol, it has been proven that your daily cup of coffee could in fact be protecting your health.

Furthermore, research has shown that coffee is packed with many important antioxidants. These are similar to the many antioxidants which are found in fruits and vegetables. Great news for the millions of workers that sit down to their work coffee everyday!

Regardless of these many exciting health benefits of coffee, for a lot of people, the taste and enjoyment of coffee alone provides them more than enough reason to drink it everyday. Nevertheless, it should be remembered that similarly to any other habit, moderation is very important. So, make sure to keep sugar to a minimum and stick to a couple of cups a day. After all, nobody wants to develop a coffee addiction.

Now that the advantages of drinking coffee are plain to see, continue to drink responsibly and enjoy the boost a cup of coffee brings to your day. If you don’t have one already, encourage your offices to invest in a good-quality coffee machine  to make those coffee and tea breaks even more enjoyable.
