Celebrating Valentine’s Day the Simple way

February 12, 2020 by Ashley Leave a Comment

This is a sponsored post thanks to Teleflora for Valentine’s Day.

Sometimes life gets a little crazy and you don’t have a lot of extra time to spend celebrating the little things, or the big things either. Valentine’s Day this year was almost overlooked in our house due to some crazy medical things going on with our new little bundle of joy. Thankfully we knew about Teleflora. Teleflora came in for the win this year!

Valentine's Day with Teleflora

We opted for a delivery of the Playfully Pink Bouquet from Teleflora’s Valentine’s Day bouquet options. One thing that we love about Teleflora deliveries is that we can order them online with the click of a button, but that they are also delivered and made by local florists. This means that while we are opting for the quickest and simplest options we are still shopping small and local.

I want to remind everyone that not just the men need to consider a bouquet of flowers as a great gift. This can also be a great gift for a woman to give her man (or woman). I have known many men who would love to get a beautiful bouquet of flowers as gifts. They help brighten up the home or office and smell amazing!

Will you be getting a Teleflora bouquet for Valentine’s Day?

Why I love Mother’s Day

May 8, 2019 by Ashley Leave a Comment

This is a Mother’s Day sponsored post thanks to Teleflora.

I love Mother’s Day for so many different reasons. Ever since I gave birth to my son it really brightened my mood for the holiday. Before I had my son it was a bit of an emotional holiday for me. My daughter was born a couple of weeks before Mother’s Day and I often struggled with celebrating the holiday alone for many years. There were plenty of times where I did get some tear jerking messages from her adoptive parents, but it still made the holiday a difficult one for me.

My son may only be 3 years old now, but my hubby always makes sure that the two of them get me some amazing flowers for Mother’s Day. It’s all I really ever want. Spring is in the air and I just love seeing a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for me on the kitchen table.

Teleflora has all of your Mother’s Day floral needs.

This year for Mother’s Day I chose the Teleflora Mod Mademoiselle Bouquet. I was wanting something simple and cute with a nice little reusable container for when my hubby surprises me with flowers. I also chose a bouquet that does not have Lilies in them due to the fact that my cats have been known to nom on my flowers and I don’t want any sick cats in the home.

You can check out all of Teleflora’s Mother’s Day bouquets online and still have time to order one for that special mom in your life. One of the reasons I really love their services is because it makes it easy to order flowers and have them sent to someone who doesn’t live close by. You will always know that the flowers aren’t shipped, but hand delivered by a local florist to your loved one.

Am I a Valentine’s Day Traditionalist?

February 11, 2019 by Ashley Leave a Comment

This is a sponsored post thanks to Teleflora for their Valentine’s Day Specials.

Teleflora Valentine's Day Bouquet

I don’t often say that I am a traditionalist, but one thing I will admit is that I love getting flowers. It doesn’t have to be for a special day, but I really do love getting flowers for holidays. Heck I don’t even care if I buy them for myself. Hahaha.

I just love how fresh flowers brighten up a room and one’s mood so if I have the chance to get a bouquet of flowers or a small plant then I take it. Of course because of Valentine’s Day is coming up I have been browsing through the different bouquets of flowers to gift myself this year and I got myself the beautiful bouquet that is pictured above all thanks to Teleflora.

Valentine’s Day Special Bouquets

Teleflora has some amazing different holiday themed bouquets that you can choose from. My current favorite is the Teleflora Sterling Love Bouquet. This bouquet of flowers features fresh red roses, pink Asiatic lilies and red Alstroemeria that are all arranged inside a stunning blown glass vase. I know that even when these flowers wilt and get dried I will be able to refresh the vase with fresh flowers on a regular basis.

My flowers are pictured above and are the center-piece to our kitchen table. I cannot get enough of them. The flowers are beautiful and smell amazing. I am ever do thankful that days have passed by and still the flowers are fresh and undamaged. This is quite the feat with three cats and a toddler in the home. Of course it makes me smile when I catch either the cats or my son taking a moment to smell the flowers and enjoy them as much as I do.

Teleflora Valentine's Day Bouquet

The perfect little shower of love.

Now, if you happen to want to purchase flowers for your gal and she has to work on Valentine’s Day then I recommend you get her either the Country Sweetheart Bouquet or the Happy Harmony Bouquet. These options are stunning and come in smaller containers so they aren’t as tall and fit nicer on a desktop. These are also great options to remember to look for your significant other on other special occasions. For instance they make for great end of the year presents to teachers and great spur of the moment gestures of your love for them.

If none of these bouquets seem to pique your interest then I highly recommend you check out their entire Best-Selling Valentine’s Day Flowers. Teleflora offers a wide-variety of different options and you can always browse through the rest of their website if your significant other isn’t the biggest fan of roses, the color red, or pink. I can guarantee that you will find something extra special with their favorite flowers.
