Finding the Products That Can Make Your Garage Ideal

May 29, 2014 by Ashley Leave a Comment

The garage is one of the most overlooked sections of any home. Often times it is just thought as the shelter for the car or a place on the property where objects can be stored. However, the garage can serve as an essential place for proper storage of essential household items when appropriate accessories are placed in the garage.

file5761247085684A homeowner is wasting such an essential piece of their property if they just throw objects and boxes into their garage. The garage can be a very orderly environment and clean while storing an immense amount of household items alongside an automobile. For example, garage cabinet sets are able to be drilled into the wall and can hold several items and tools within them. In addition, overhead storage racks can help add in more items, leaving plenty of extra shelf roof across the garage.

However, many garage owners may not be too excited to head to several home improvement stores over the course of a day to find what would work best in their garage. Such a process would take up an immense amount of time and make the idea of organizing the garage a dreadful chore than an opportunity to utilize the property to its fullest potential. This is why the internet provides numerous opportunities to find garage accessories without leaving the home.

As most people are aware, the internet has become the go-to place to purchase goods and services. This is thanks to the programming structure known as e-commerce. E-commerce is web programming standard that allows customers to purchase goods and services online. E-commerce involves numerous processes, such as accepting and processing financial and banking information and processing mailing and shipping products.

Like other types of goods, garage materials and accessories are available through various online home improvement vendors like Garage Appeal. On these websites, one can find numerous items that can organize and clean up a garage. Examples may include workbenches, tool chests, garage carpets, and trash compactors. If the consumer has to work within a budget, they can search for items within a price range, such as products that may cost $0-$100 to items that can cost upward from $8,000 to $12,000. These items are processed by the online vendor and they will provide shipping details to the customer, such as items taking 7-14 days to ship. The items will arrive right at the customer’s mailing address through a mailing vendor and the customer can start right-up organizing their garage.

No garage should be a junk space. It should be a well-organized piece of property that stores items, tools, and shelters vehicles. Search online for the products that can really liven up a garage space.

AirSpeed EXACT Pet Vacuum Review #EurekaPower

May 20, 2014 by Ashley Leave a Comment

I cannot tell you how many times in the past seven years I have had to get a new vacuum because I blew the engine on my old vacuum or the pet hair just completely destroyed it.  I would have to say that we needed a new vacuum about every year and half and would just buy the cheapest one we could find because we were living paycheck to paycheck.  I always knew that they wouldn’t be able to handle the pet hair from owning three pets!

When I was approached to be able to review the new Eureka AirSpeed EXACT Pet Bagless Upright Vacuum there was no way that I could say no!  I had heard some amazing things about this vacuum that was about to hit the market and I needed to know if they were true.  I had read that based on independent testing, Eureka AirSpeed EXACT Pet cleans carpets better than the Dyson DC40 and that was something I just had to find out for myself.

Getting my vacuum in the mail was a little bit of a hassle as I had to drive 45 minutes to go and get it from the UPS distribution Center.  It was well worth the drive there though.  (I wish I could have written up my review sooner than I have, but things have been completely crazy for me due to the fact that I had a sudden move among other things going on.)  I was a little worried about putting the vacuum together because I am not always the most adept person when it comes to assembling items, but this vacuum was very easy to assemble.

As you can see there really was not all that much stuff that I had to put together, but nonetheless I was ecstatic when I figured it all out (with some help from my lovely friend, Melissa).  My cat, Gonzo, was even nice enough to sniff each thing that I pulled out of the box just to make sure that it was all safe!  He can be such a doll sometimes finding ways to help out or to just be in the way when I am trying to get things done.  Assembly at this point only took mere minutes before it was all completely setup and ready for me to use on our floors.

I enjoyed testing this vacuum out on our carpets. It was easy enough to do. I turned the dial to the low carpet setting and began vacuuming like I normally would. I quickly noticed that it was indeed picking up much more hair and dirt from the carpet than the old vacuum used to pick up which was a really good thing because we were in the middle of doing showings of the house that I was living in at the time. (I just moved out of that home last week.)

In addition to this I was able to test out the Pet Tools on the Microfiber recliner that we had in the home and was able to get a lot of cat and dog hair off of the chair as well.  My final test was to see if it would vacuum up the pet hair off of the wood floor even though it is not specifically made for all floor types.  I was so excited when I found that having it on the low carpet setting I was able to get the vacuum to suck up all of that pet hair that I always have trouble sweeping up on a daily basis.

One thing I must mention before I end this review is the fact that this vacuum is very light weight.  I can easily bring it up and downstairs without a struggle which is an amazing thing since I have not been able to do that with a vacuum before due to my lack of strength.

Summertime Showers Bring Rainbows: Wordless Wednesday

July 31, 2013 by Ashley Leave a Comment

I am going to try to keep this as Wordless as is possible for me.  I love rainbows and those unexpected ones that you see in the middle of summer when a quick little rain shower passes through town are the best.  It is one amazing thing that really brighten and up-lift your day even if it is a hard day.

rainbowsThese two rainbows occurred on the same day after two different summer storms.  The first one was in the morning while the second one was around 4 in the afternoon.  I love seeing the differences you can see in one day.

Rainbows

Do you love rainbows, too?
