Reducing Debilitating Anxiety With CBD Oil

June 28, 2018 by Ashley Leave a Comment

I received Plus CBD Oil product for free from Moms Meet to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided.

This post has been a long time coming, but let’s be real I tend to stave away from controversial topics, but have decided that I need to step up my game and not be afraid to upset someone out there.  Today I want to talk about CBD Oil and how it can be beneficial to a wide audience.  For all of you that just gasped I am going to roll my eyes at you CBD Oil does not have THC in it.  If you didn’t know THC is the compound in cannabis that causes the high that people feel from ingesting cannabis.

CBD Oil does not have THC in it; CBD Oil will not get you high.  CBD is extracted from cannabis and the hemp plant to help with a variety of of different health problems including, but not limited to anxiety, stress, epilepsy, and and depression.  CBD Oil is a way for many people to be able to get off of many prescription drugs that are used to control these issues.  I have even heard of many people who say that this controls their problems even more than their previous prescriptions.

Reducing Debilitating Anxiety With CBD Oil

How CBD Oil works for me.

For many years I had my anxiety under control, but when I finally broke free of an abusive relationship in 2014 my anxiety skyrocketed.  I was finally free, but my anxiety was back in full force.  I have been battling it for the last four years.  It’s often bad enough that I cannot make myself go to the store alone (without another adult with me).  I knew I needed to do something and I wasn’t willing to use much of anything while I was nursing my son.  That is when I started doing some research on CBD Oil.  I had heard it could do amazing things to help with anxiety and once I had the okay from my OB as well as my son’s pediatrician I began my journey with CBD Oil.

CBD Oil has a variety of different benefits for me and because of this I have to alter my use of CBD Oil on a day to day basis. I currently use PlusCBD Oil Drops daily by adding them to my protein smoothies as an easy way to get my daily dose of CBD Oil. Each serving contains 3 mg of CBD.  When I started them I began with the 3mg and slowly increased to 15mg for regulation of my social and stress based anxiety.  Now, this might not be the route that you would take PlusCBD Oil Capsules because they contain a convenient 15 mg of CBD per serving and can easily be swallowed.  I unfortunately cannot swallow pills so these don’t work for me.

In addition to using the CBD Oil drops daily I also keep the PlusCBD Oil Spray and the PlusCBD Oil Balm on hand most of the time.  I use these two items to help with sudden bought’s of anxiety as well as when my nerves play tricks on me.  The spray is often used when I suddenly become anxious and generally one spray in my mouth helps calm me down.  The minty flavor is also a nice addition to this spray.  I use the PlusCBD Oil Balm as a way to help with my nerves when they are acting all wonky.  I have noticed that rubbing a little onto my hands really helps me to regain feeling and control when my nerves are causing numbness and tingling.

I have been unable to tell if my numbness and tingling has gotten better on a regular basis with me taking daily CDB Oil because it has always been sporadic and I have been unable to track it, but seeing as it helps when an episode hits I would have to say it can be beneficial to people with neurological issues like my own.  I may even just need a higher daily dose of CBD Oil, but I have not gotten to the point of trying that quite yet.

Where to purchase

If you are thinking about wanting to try a CBD Oil product then you will want to check out their website pluscbdoil.com.  On their website you will be able to purchase all of their products and you will also be able to find a local store that sells their products if you would prefer seeing the products in person before purchasing.  I would like to also add that right now you can use the code momsmeet17 at checkout to save an additional 15% on all online purchases made on their website.
